Ongoing support
Your tech person,
without hiring one.
Practical, hands-on help with your website, online store and everyday business systems. One person who knows your setup and helps you keep things moving.
A website update. A payment problem. Software that won’t cooperate. Something strange in your inbox. You have someone to bring it to.

Support is handled during weekday business hours. We agree on response expectations and the systems I’ll look after before your plan starts. Emergency and after-hours IT support aren’t included.
One-off help
Start with one thing.
Have a website issue, software question or something you’ve been putting off? One-off help is $100/hour, with no monthly plan required. We can start there and see whether ongoing support makes sense.
Why a plan
I’ve been the owner
with the tech problem.
Through my experience running Florida Keys Outfitters and managing the online side of M-Clip, I’m the one people forward things to: the processor, the POS, the books, the store and the website.
A plan means you don’t have to decide whether something is “worth a call.” You forward it, I already know your setup, and small things get handled before they get expensive.
How it works
One person who
knows your setup.
I learn your setup
Your website, store, accounts and the software behind them, from WordPress and Shopify to Lightspeed and QuickBooks. I document your setup so we can get on with the work without starting from scratch each time.
One person to email
Questions, problems and anything that looks suspicious go to one address. You don’t have to work out who handles what.
Agreed checks and routine work
We agree on the checks, updates and routine work your business needs, and I keep track of what’s due.
A monthly update
A short email covering what I checked, what I handled, upcoming renewals and anything that needs your decision.
Bigger changes scoped first
New systems, migrations and larger fixes get a written estimate before work starts, so your plan stays predictable.
Everything stays in your name
Accounts, logins, hosting and software stay owned by your business, whichever plan you’re on.
Have a bigger process to fix or a system to put in place?
Common questions
How the plans
work.
What happens when I forward something?
Send the email, screenshot or bill. I’ll reply with what it is, whether you need to act, and what I’ll handle. Reviewing, answering and fixing things all count toward your plan hours. If something needs more time or a separate project, I’ll let you know before going ahead.
What happens to hours I don’t use?
Unused hours don’t carry over to the next month. If you regularly use less than your plan, I’ll suggest moving down a level.
What if a month needs more time?
I’ll tell you before going over. Extra time is billed at the regular $100 hourly rate, and anything larger is quoted as its own project.
Do you provide computer repair or emergency IT support?
No. Plans cover websites, online stores, accounts, payments, business software and the decisions around them. Computers, hardware, networks and after-hours emergencies aren’t included.
Do you certify PCI compliance?
No. I help you understand and complete the self-assessment your processor requires. You remain responsible for the answers, and formal audits stay with a qualified assessor.
Are software subscriptions or hosting included?
No. Hosting, domains and software stay in your name and on your account. The plan covers my time looking after them.
Do I need a plan to work with you?
No. Projects and one-off help are still available at $100 an hour. A plan simply makes ongoing help predictable.
