What happens before paid work starts?
We discuss the business, the problem and whether the work is a fit. You receive the proposed scope and cost, or an hourly rate with estimated hours and a spending limit, before paid work begins.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
Yes. Ongoing care is available, with hosting arrangements, maintenance, included updates and costs outlined in your proposal. Any required recurring costs are identified before you commit.
Can we start with one small issue?
Yes. A product-page problem, a website improvement or a troublesome software handoff can be a useful first engagement. The scope needs a clear purpose and finish.
What if the work changes?
We discuss changes to scope, fees and schedule before the additional work proceeds. Vendor dependencies and information still needed are identified in the proposal.
Are software subscriptions included?
Only where the proposal explicitly says so. Platform plans, domains, apps and other third-party fees are listed separately so you can understand the ongoing cost.
