What will we agree on before starting?
Your proposal covers the pages and features, who supplies copy and images, review rounds, milestones and cost. It also explains ownership, account access, editing guidance and ongoing costs. Changes to the work or schedule are discussed before proceeding.
Do you help with the copy?
Yes. I help write or refine the main website copy using your knowledge of the business. Larger content projects, photography and paid images are priced separately.
How long does a project take?
The schedule depends on the scope and readiness of the content. Before you commit, the proposal sets out milestones, what I need from you and the planned launch timing.
Will I be able to manage the website?
We discuss who will maintain the site before selecting the platform. Editing access, platform accounts, licensing and any training or documentation are covered in the handoff plan.
Can you prepare the site for advertising?
Yes. A focused landing page and relevant inquiry measurement can be included in the scope. Advertising spend and ongoing campaign management are separate from building the website.
What does the search work include?
A logical page structure, useful service content, descriptive page titles and other on-page foundations. Search visibility also depends on competition, demand, content and promotion; rankings, leads and sales are not guaranteed.
Do you work outside Palatka?
Yes. Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Green Cove Springs, Crescent City, Welaka and the wider North Florida area are all within reach. We can work remotely and discuss in-person meetings where useful.
