I spent about six years running the day-to-day business at Florida Keys Outfitters, alongside its website, email campaigns and internal systems, including Lightspeed and QuickBooks. I worked with the technology as both the person managing it and the person depending on it to keep the business moving.

Do I need to know which software I want?
No. Start with the work you need to improve. We can evaluate the current tools before deciding whether a change is needed.
Do you provide computer repair or emergency IT support?
I focus on websites, online stores and business software. I don’t offer computer repairs, internet troubleshooting or emergency IT support.
Do you provide accounting services?
No. My role is the technology and workflow around the accounting system. Accounting decisions and tax advice stay with your bookkeeper or accountant.
What does business systems help cost?
Business systems help is $100 per hour. We agree on an estimate and spending limit before starting.
